Aer Lingus (UK) receives AOC

Aer Lingus (UK) has received its AOC from the UK CAA on 9 July 2021, clearing the way for the company to launch operations as planned on 29 July. Aer Lingus UK-subsidiary will operate out of Manchester and initially serve New York-JFK (NY) and Orlando (FL). In October this year, Bridgetown should be added and in 2022 Boston (MA).

Aer Lingus (UK) will operate two A330-300s and one A321neoLRs. All three aircraft will come from the mother airline. The first aircraft that has been transferred is A330-300 EI-ELA (1106), which was registered as G-EILA on 5 July 2021.
