AeroMexico leases additional MAXs

AeroMexico has signed a long-term lease agreement with Air Lease Corporation for nine new B737MAXs. The deal includes two B737-8s and seven -9s and the aircraft are scheduled to be delivered between July 2022 and August 2023. The MAXs are coming from the existing orderbook ALC has with Boeing.

Over the last year, the airline has steadily adding new MAXs from both the manufacturer as well as lessors. It currently operates 27 B737-8s and nine B737-9s.
