ATR sells ATR72s to Avation

On 2 May 2024, ATR announced it has secured a firm order from leasing company Avation. In total, the lessor is signing-up for ten ATR72-600s, with options on another 24. Deliveries are scheduled between 2025 and 2028.

Avation currently has sixteen ATR72-600s and two ATR42-500s in its portfolio. It also has open orders for two more ATR72-600s. Next to its ATRs, the lessor's portfolio is made-up of one Boeing B777-300ER, one Airbus A330-300, six A321s, and two A320s.
