AW169 order from Angola

Bestfly of Angola has signed an order of four AW169 helicopters, which was announced by manufacturer Leonardo on 17 November 2021. The Angolan company is active in the field of energy industry, and will fly the new helicopters during both off-shore and on-shore operations.

Until this moment Leonardo had orders and options for nearly 290 AW169 helicopters for over 90 customers in more than 30 countries around the world. But his contract marks the entry of the AW169 into the African market with the first purchase from a major local operator.
