A319 Beond 640BeOnd launches VIP services

Last week, new Maldivian airline BeOnd started ticket sales, for flights between the Maldives and Europe. They will be using a refurbished Airbus A319 (8Q-FBA, msn 2119), which used to fly for easyJet at one point, with a very luxurious interior. First destinations will be Zurich and Munich.

Since the Airbus does not have the range for a one-stop flight, it will make a pre-planned refuel-stop in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and during that process all passengers will stay onboard.

At this moment they only have one aircraft, outfitted for 44 passengers, but they aim to expand their route network and add more modern aircraft in the near future.

The Airbus was last seen in a white livery at Erfurt-Weimar, Germany, on 10 August 2023. It will need a paint job soon before the first flights commence.
