Cambodia Angkor Air expands with more ATR72s

ATR has announced on 10 December 2024, that Cambodia Angkor Air will expand its fleet with more ATR72s. In total, the manufacturer is planning to deliver three new ATR72-600s to the airline in 2025. The three aircraft have been acquired by lessor HNCAL and will then be leased to the airline.

Cambodia Angkor Air is the national airline and will be renamed into Air Cambodia in January 2025. It currently operates a fleet of two ATR72-500s, two Airbus A320s, and a single A321.
