Cathay rebrands its cargo division

Cathay announced on 23 February 2023 that it has decided to rebrand Cathay Pacific Cargo into Cathay Cargo. The rebranding is part of the repositioning of the cargo operations and in line with the aim to position Cathay as the main holding brand with subsidiaries Cathay Pacific, Cathay Dragon and Cathay Cargo. As a result of the rebranding, the fleet will also receive new titles on the fuselage.

Cathay Cargo operates a fleet of twenty Boeing B747-freighters, consisting of six B747-400Fs and fourteen B747-8Fs.

Next to the Cathay-brand, Cathay also owns subsidiaries Air Hong Kong and HK Express.
