Copa Airlines to add dedicated freighters

CargoFacts is reporting that Copa Airlines is set to jump on the bandwagon of dedicated air cargo by converting two of its B737-800s into BCFs. The first aircraft, HP-1522CMP (33709) was ferried to Guangzhou for conversion on 20 August 2021.

The airline has an all B737-fleet, consisting of 62 B737-800s and thirteen B737-9s.
