Cyprus Airways unveils new livery
Cyprus Airways has unveiled a new, updated, livery. The all-green fuselage has now been replaced by a new white fuselage, with large titles and an updated tail-design. It also added the logo of the "old" Cyprus Airways to the engines in gold.
The first aircraft to wear the livery is Airbus A320 5B-DDR (3933), which was painted at Paderborn and returned to Larnaca on 21 October 2022. The airline's second A320, 5B-DDQ (4055) is due to follow later. The latter aircraft is currently plying the skies in an all-white livery.
Next year, Cyprus Airways is planning to expand its fleet and list of destinations by adding two more A320s. It currently flies from Larnaca to Athens, Beirut, Heraklion, Tel Avia, and Thessaloniki.
The current Cyprus Airways was launched in 2016 and launched operations a year later after the original one went bankrupt in 2015.
