Envoy Air orders more ERJ175s

Envoy Air, a fully owned subsidiary of American Airlines, operating under the American Eagle-brand, has announced it has ordered additional Embraer ERJ170s and 175s. The order is made-up of eleven ERJ170s and eight ERJ175s. Deliveries of the new aircraft are to begin later this year.

With this latest order, Envoy Air will, in the future, have a fleet of at least 169 ERJ170/175s. The breakdown of that fleet will be 43 ERJ170s and 126 ERJ175s.
