EVA Air orders additional Dreamliners

On 30 March 2023, Boeing announced that EVA Air has finalized an order for additional Dreamliners. In total, the airline has decided to order five more B787-9s. No delivery timeline has been communicated for the aircraft. With this latest order, EVA has a total of sixteen B787s remaining on order, consisting of nine B787-9s and seven B787-10s.

Today, the airline is already operating a fleet of four B787-9s and six B787-10s. Next to the Dreamliners, EVA is flying with a fleet of 20 Airbus A321s, three A330-200s, nine A330-300s, eight B777Fs, and 34 B777-300ERs.
