Feel Air Holdings signs LoI with ATR

During the Farnborough Air Show on 18 July, Feel Air Holdings and ATR announced that both companies agreed on a Letter of Intent (LoI) for an order for up to 36 ATR42/72-600s. Deliveries are expected to start in 2024.

Feel Air Holdings is a new start-up company in Japan, that is planning to establish five regional Feel Air-franchises. The first one will be Feel Air EAST, which should launch operations in 2024. Feel Air wants to increase air mobility in Japan by connecting local destinations that currently don't have regular air service. The start-up is planning to utilise all versions of the ATR42/72-600, including the ATR42-600S, the short take-off and landing (STOL) version.
