Green Triple Seven
Air France B777-200 F-GSPB (msn 29003, parked at Paris-Charles de Gaulle since 17 March 2020, after a flight from Rio de Janeiro), got vandalised by Greenpeace activists.
They spent quite a while spray painting the Boeing, wearing white suits that said “greenwashing in progress.” Greenpeace is angry because the organisation believes a significant reduction in air traffic is needed to address climate change.
Greenpeace managed to break into the secure area of Charles de Gaulle airport and spray paint the Air France 777 green, as part of an environmental protest. They did this a few days before France’s government discusses a climate bill.
