H145s for the Bavarian police

The Ministry of Interior of Bavaria has ordered eight five-bladed H145s with Airbus Helicopters for the Bavarian police force. The new helicopters were chosen after an European tender by the Ministry, which was launched earlier this year.

The H145s will replace the police's current fleet of H135s and will start to arrive from 2023 onwards. They will be stationed at the current police force bases at Munich Airport and Roth, near Nuremberg.
