Halla Airlines receives Embraer 120

Somalia has a new aircraft operator, Halla Airlines, as can be seen in this picture of Embraer 120 6O-AAB (as in Six Oscar).

For the moment we are unaware of its previous ID, so we would love to know more about this aircraft.

Somalia, officially the Federal Republic of Somalia, is a country in the Horn of Africa, and often associated with pirate attacks on cargo ships crossing the Suez Canal. It is bordered by Ethiopia to the west, Djibouti to the northwest, the Gulf of Aden to the north, the Indian Ocean to the east, and Kenya to the southwest.

Its aviation industry is very limited, with only two operators: Daallo Airlines and Jubba Airways. Halla Airlines will join this select group of carriers.
