Jet Aviation redelivers 1st BBJ MAX8
Jet Aviation has announced it has redelivered its first BBJ MAX8 after completing outfitting the aircraft with a VIP-interior. According to our own research, the aircraft involved is B737-8 VP-CMA (62743) of Brilliant Aviation.
The completion was done at Jet Aviation's site at Basle in Switzerland. The specialist was also responsible for the design, crafting and engineering of the cabin. According to the press-release the cabin was fitted with woven wooden panels, full-flat cocoon seats with wood veneer and a wine cooler in the living area. Although no photos of the interior have been released, Jet Aviation says the interior is now "a cosy, residential space in which one could relax and enjoy the ride". The living space also includes a "deep and inviting sofa, a seven-seat dining table for socialising and a well-equipped functional kitchen to accommodate fine dining".
The MAX8 was the first MAX-conversion for Jet Aviation and provided the company with the opportunity to familiarise itself with the MAX and its systems.
