LATAM orders A321neos

During the Farnborough Air Show on 21 July 2022, Airbus announced that LATAM has ordered additional Airbus-aircraft in the form of seventeen A321neos. The airline also said that it plans to introduce the A321XLR, the longest-range version of the A321neo, although it didn't disclose the exact number of XLRs.

The LATAM Group currently operates a fleet of 40 Airbus A319s, 129 A320s, fourteen A321neos, 49 A321s, nineteen Boeing B767-300ERs, fourteen B767-300Fs, ten B777-300ERs, ten B787-8s, and eighteen B787-9s.
