Lufthansa considers rebranding Eurowings Discover

According to German newspaper Handelsblatt, the Lufthansa Group is considering a rebranding of Eurowings Discover as its current branding is too much alike Eurowings and thus confusing for customers. The newspaper states that most likely the name will be changed into Discover and its livery amended with more shades of blue, replacing the tones of purple.

Eurowings Discover was established by the Lufthansa Group as a pure leisure carrier. It commenced operations in July 2021 and is currently flying to around 50 destinations. It has a fleet of ten Airbus A320s, three A330-200s, and nine A330-300s. It's main hubs are Frankfurt and Munich.
