Luxair selects B737MAX

On 3 March 2023, Boeing announced it has reached an agreement with Luxair to supply the airline with new Boeing B737MAXs. In total, the airline will add four B737-8s, two leased and two ordered directly with the manufacturer. The first two are scheduled for delivery in the coming months to secure the needed capacity during the busy summer months.

Luxair is currently operating a fleet of four B737-700s and four B737-800s, as well as eleven DHC-8-400s and a single wet-leased Embraer ERJ190.
