Royal Jordanian completes fleet renewal with E2s

On 6 October 2022, Royal Jordanian announced at a ceremony at the Istanbul Air Show, that it has signed an agreement with Embraer for a total of ten E2s, which will be a combination of E190-E2s and E195-E2s. The airline will use the new E2s to replace and expand its current fleet of two ERJ175s and ERJ195s.

The news was expected after the airline earlier in the same week announced it had selected the Airbus A320neo as the replacement of its Airbus-fleet.
