Turkmenistan Airlines introduces 1st A330P2F
On 15 March 2023, Turkmenistan Airlines welcomed its first of two Airbus A330-200P2Fs. The aircraft, registered 9H-AJN (810), was delivered from Tarbes-Lourdes to Ashgabat. It has now been registered as EZ-F429 and operated its first commercial flight on 22 March 2023 to Frankfurt.
The airline ordered two converted A330-200s directly with Airbus in January 2021. The duo are Turkmenistan Airlines' first Airbuses in the fleet, which further consists of four Boeing B737-700s, eight B737-800s, three B757-200s (parked), four B777-200LRs (one VIP for the government), one Bombardier CL-870 (VIP), and three Ilyushin Il-76s.
