WestJet also to integrate Sunwing

WestJet has announced it will also fully integrate Sunwing into the mainline, which means the end of the Sunwing-brand. The airline will start the integration process at the beginning of 2024. Until then, the Sunwing will continue to operate as today.

Sunwing and Sunwing Holidays was acquired by WestJet in March 2022. The holiday airline is currently operating a fleet of eleven Boeing B737-800s, and nine B737-8s.

Earlier this month, WestJet also announced it was integrating its low-cost subsidiary Swoop into the mainline as part of its new brand strategy.
