Q: Doha airbase Gate Guardian, Mirage F1

Hi all,

I'll visit Doha, Qatar on 31 Oct.
From the flicer's photo, there was a Mirage F1 displays at the main entrance gate of the Doha airbase.
(25.238371, 51.585384)

Is it still there?
And can I take the photo of it?

Dose anyone have informations about this gate guardian?

It's (IIRC) ex Armee de l'Air, but I can't remember which one.

According to the World - Military Out of Service 2012 it might be ex AdlA F-1C 4 which was given to Qatar for use as static exhibition. The one at the gate is marked QA83 but is likely to be this French aircraft.

It was still there last year, and visible from the roads around the abse, but forget about taking pictures....
