The yearly Chipmeet (meeting of Chipmunk pilots, owners and their planes) will again be organised at Zoersel, Belgium, from May 20-24. Although we had some backslash due to the economic crisis, we still managed for 12 Chipmunks to join us for this years event, including G-HAPY, G-APYG, G-AOJR, G-PVET, G-BWMX, G-BWVZ, G-ATHD, G-BWTG, G-ALWB, G-ULAS, G-DHCC and G-BARS. Besides these, you can expect some historical aircraft to visit Zoersel during the weekend as well.
We'd like you to know that spotters and aviation photographers are especially welcomed to visit and view the participating aicraft on the airfield. For reasons of safety, you need to register and pay a small fee (€ 5,-) for this opportunity, which can be met at the airfield during your visit. There is no need to register or pay in advance, however.
