Cirrus Airlines storage

Post by mcsis »

Hi all

after Cirrus ceased flight ops several weeks ago, nearly all RUS aircrafts are now located at Saarbruecken(SCN),most of them are parked inside two hangars, but several are outside.
At this time the following are parked outside:
D-COSA
D-CIRC
D-CIRD with blue Münster/Osnabrück tail
D-CIRK with FC Kaiserslautern markings on the tail
D-CCIR
Some aircrafts made some training flights in the past.
Several rumours showing, that the Do.328 will all leave the Airline, only one aircraft will stay with the airline.

Stored outside today were:
Do.328's
D-CIRB
D-CIRD with blue Osnabrück/Münster Airport tail
D-CIRK with FC Kaiserslautern tail
D-CCIR
and Do.328Jet D-BGAL

News were, that OLT Express will take over Cirrus Airlines, but they don't operate the Do.328's
All pilots have the option to convert to another aircraft type or change to other Airlines.
The final fate for the Do's is unknown yet

D-CIRC left 11th routing SCN-WIC-RKV and should be going to an unknown US Military owner.
EMB.170 D-ALIE left last week.
D-CIRI was seen without CIRRUS markings and is changing to MHS Aviation
