Russia limits German Cargo Over-Flights in Summer 2012

The Russian Government has blocked an increase in the number of LHCargo and AEROLOGIC flights through Russian airspace to the Far East.

LH Cargo is limited to just 30 transit flights through Russian airspace per week, but operates 41x/week to Asia, so 11x/week have to detour through Khazakstan. AEROLOGIC has no transit rights at all.
