Good morning,

Just on the radio the sad news of a ATR72 Crash in Russia from UTair.
Not comfirmed yet but news says it is the VP-BYZ.

Apparently the ATR72 wasn't de-iced prior to take-off...
Time will tell whether this was indeed a factor.
