More at http://avherald.com/h?article=452cd443&opt=1NORAD reported a Boeing 767-300 flying on a transatlantic route from Paris to Toronto was intercepted near Quebec City at about 13:50 EDT,
due to regulations they were not permitted to name the airline or state how long radio contact had been lost.
