A319-131 G-EUOE is the (metallic) bird involved; no idea on the i/d of the (other) bird in the engine... :roll:

Yes, the cowlings of BOTH engines fell off in-flight as the photos show... :shock:

Although initial reports suggested a birdhit, it now looks more likely that this was a double attack by Murphy himself... 'if the latches can be forgotten, they will be forgotten some time' :oops:
