Hello all,

On Saturday 16 September 2023 the Vliegend Museum Seppe will organise the Market Garden day.

VMS has been organizing this annual commemoration for West Brabant of this important operation during World War II since 2021. Central to this are the Memorial Flight over the region, and a special museum day to introduce visitors to the story of Operation Market Garden, assisted by the vehicles of the Dutch Polar Bears.

The Spotters-event at the Vliegend Museum Seppe is NOW open for admission at our website:

Between 09:00 and 11:00 you will be able to photograph all aircraft of the museum inside or at the flightline.
Also arriving aircraft for the flypast are included.
Invited aircraft are:
Auster, L4 and L5 from Egmond Hoogeveen
Chipmunk from Kortrijk
Stampe demo team from Belgium
T-6 Texan from Wings over Holland
Piper Cub(s) from Hilversum
Aircraft from Vroege Vogels Lelystad

After 11:00 you are welcome at the public Spottersarea on the southside of the airport to see the flypast take-off and landing and the introduction flights. Of course you are welcome to stay or return to our museum.

Special offer! We have a seat on the T-6 Texan to and from our Market Garden day. You fly from Lelystad to Seppe in the morning, and from Seppe via low pass to Lelystad in the evening.
This will cost 1000 euro, payable to the pilot.
Lunch and BBQ are included however

On personal account, splitting this flight in two is possible.

Nice report.
Does someone know the real ID of N509EA C305A? It’s claimed to be ex Thai Army 2635, but this couldn’t be true. It’s suggested the datablock of 2635 is used into another unknown frame.
