I,m a bit confused too as there should be a press day at the 19th a spotters day at the 20th and the Scramble showdate,s also mentioned a open house on the 21th of may.

I agree, although the schedule on the Scramble TLP page still has the 21st marked for a long range AAR mission.
Reading the website about the 21st of May "Open House", it seems to me that it's more aimed at (young) people considering to join the Belgian Air Force...

the 21st may is a holiday so i think there won't be any flying activities at all............
