Zo, net terug van de ad-hoc spottersday.
Well done GRAS! Really appreciated
Upon arrival at 1414LT the south side, a Cougar was put in the hangar 3, unable to read properly.
Grizzly73 was requesting start-up for engine run-up at apron, which I read as D-667.
At around 1530LT another request was granted, but no flying.
Bluebird50 started its circuit and auto-rotation training at 1415LT, it was A-301.
Thereafter, at 1443LT, CH-47D D-664 departed for a local IFR flight as Corona04.
Above us, a KC-135 was being intercepted by a F-16.
Another Bluebird, Bluebird59, approached from the Northeast for a left hand cicrcuit, it was A-247.
At 1546LT, Grizzly24 came back for a special demo before landing, it was D-665.
At 1605LT, both Wildcats came back with a TACAN approach, S-441 as Wildcat13 and thereafter S-445 as Wildcat12.
Wildcat13 had another demo for us, which was appreciated!
When we rode back, there was a fourth Chinook at the apron, which could have been the D-106.
Also many thanks for Gilze Tower for all their best efforts
