Approaching to runway 27: N780UA B777 United in "new" CO/UA colours. (UA0980) Came in from the south and seems diverted to Brussels.

correct.
a/c diverted to BRU. reason given was : heavy winds and capacity reduced to single rwy as some a/c blocking rwy.
