Pretty sure it's their second (although if they put it into service, it'll be the first to fly for them).
I recall that the old MCF initially went to ACT Airlines as the TC-AKZ as part of the roundabout way to get it into Iran.

within one month TC-AKZ was registered from ACT to AnkAir and from there to Iran Air.
so I suppose only for "paperwork"...
