According a message on twitter by Boeing:

Due to unresolved issues with Cargolux, first delivery of the Boeing 747-8F will not take place on Sept.19.
But they continue to work with Cargolux and are looking forward to delivering it's airplanes.

Cargolux Airlines Int. (CV) announced that their Board of Directors took the decision on September16th 2011, to reject the first 2 B747-8 Freighters that were scheduled for delivery on September19th & 21st 2011, due to unresolved contractual issues between Boeing and CV in respect of the aircraft. The financing of the aircraft that is secured through JP Morgan as an Ex-Im Bank guaranteed lender had to be put on hold pending resolution of the contractual issues between Boeing and CV in respect of the aircraft. In the event that the issues cannot be resolved in a timely manner, CV will source alternative capacity to fully meet customer demand and expectations ahead of the traditional high season. So for the English readers it would already be a big help if you could translate the title of the article:
"Cargolux set to receive their first B747-8F this month".

From other sources I understand it will probably be October 12th, but not confirmed.

Cargolux successfully resolves contractual issues

Luxembourg, 12th October 2011

Cargolux announced today that the delivery of the first two Boeing 747-8 Freighters initially scheduled for 19 and 21 September is proceeding on 12 and 13 October 2011 following the resolution of contractual issues between Boeing, GE and Cargolux related to the performance of the aircraft and the engines.

In its meeting on 7 October, the Cargolux Board of Directors appreciated that the negotiation team (Akbar al Baker (Director), Frank Reimen (President and Chief Executive Officer) and David Arendt (Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer)) and Company management took the appropriate actions to ensure that the 747-8 entry into service issues be resolved successfully.

Frank Reimen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cargolux, said: ‘I am pleased that we have reached agreement on the contractual issues. The 747-8 Freighter will be a driver of profitable growth for Cargolux’.

Launch customer Cargolux has 13 Boeing 747-8 Freighter airplanes on firm order.

As an enhanced variant of the 747-400 cargo aircraft, the new-generation 747-8 Freighter offers a variety of benefits over its predecessor, including additional payload, less fuel burn and carbon emissions and a considerably lower noise footprint.

Boeing to deliver first 747-8F today

Boeing will deliver its first 747-8 Freighter today (12 October) to Cargolux, ending a month-long stand-off over a contractual dispute.

The first 747-8F, LC-VCB, will be handed over to the carrier today with a second, LC-VCD, to be delivered 13 October.

Cargolux, Boeing and General Electric, which supplies the GEnx-2B engines for the new freighter,
have been wrangling over a contractual dispute surrounding the performance of the 747-8F since 16 September when Cargolux declined to accept the aircraft,
scuppering the planned first delivery on 19 September.

In a statement, Frank Reimen, president and chief executive of Cargolux said: "I am pleased that we have reached agreement on the contractual issues. The 747-8 Freighter will be a driver of profitable growth for Cargolux."

Akbar Al-Baker, chief executive of Qatar Airways, a 35% stakeholder in Cargolux, had previously told reporters that the cargo carrier planned to take delivery on 12 October after approving the order at a 7 October board meeting.

On 7 October, Cargolux announced that it had made progress in its talks with Boeing and GE, but a final resolution had not been reached.

A flight plan has been filed for today under a Cargolux flight number for a 747-8F travelling from Paine Field to Seattle-Tacoma International airport, indicating an imminent delivery to the carrier.

Cargolux has 13 747-8Fs on order.
