Anyone who can confirm the type
Confirm no, but deduct maybe? The french article mentions 'Morane' as aircraft type, but this is a just callsign used by Securité Civile aircraft or aircraft rented by them.
The ASN site already mentions 'Air Tractor'. Looking at the triangular support on the the horizontal stabilo (the plane is lying upside down), it surely looks like an Air Tractor AT802(A).

It's an (older) Air Tractor AT-301 or AT-401 (check the wing tip ! ) from Spain. There are no Air Tractor's registered in France at the moment.

O yes I see it now, the flat wingtip is the give-away. Sharp!

In the Languedoc-Roussillon there are ( were) 4 small firefighters, two Thrush Commanders coded 1 and 2 and two AT-802 a/c coded 3 and 4. Yesterday's crash concerned one of the Air Tractor AT-802 's. Today F-GNFK/2 made and emergeny landing in a field north of Beziers. After repairs it will most certainly get airborn from the local " route departemental "

Fully correct indeed. A very "rare" Ayres Turbo Thrush !
It has a modified "single bar" main landing gear, instead of the triple-bar MGL as usual for the (Turbo) Thrushes.
