compared to the accident with the Tunisair 320, it seems hardly dug into the grass...

Same result indeed.... But the Mitsubishi Diamond I diverted to Ruston Regional Airport due to a failure of the electrical system and was unable to use his flaps and (wheel)brakes to perform a proper stop on the 5000 feet runway.
