Aeromexico (AM) has signed an order to buy 90 B737-Max8&9 and 10 B787 in a deal worth $10.8 billion at list price. Timing for aircraft deliveries is not immediately available. The AM deal increases Boeing's firm order backlog for the B737Max to 639 aircraft, including 163 new orders added at the Farnborough air show 2012 in early July, and 850 B787 are on order by 58 customers. AM operates an all-Boeing fleet above the regional jet level, which is exclusively flown by Embraer jets.
