Incident: 1time MD83 at Durban on Aug 5th 2012, engine shut down in flight after uncontained engine failure

On Aug 7th South Africa's CAA added, that ZS-OPZ suffered an uncontained failure of the left hand engine emitting debris through the engine cowling.
