Ten people were killed when an An-28 passenger plane crashed in Russia’s Kamchatka peninsula in the country’s far east on Wednesday 12 September 2012.
The rescuers’ helicopter can’t reach the disaster site, with four survivors not yet evacuated. They are reportedly in critical condition, Russia’s Emergency Ministry said.
