'Five dead' as small plane crashes near Grenoble, France
A private plane has crashed near the city of Grenoble in south-eastern France, killing five people on board, French police say.
The twin-engine plane went down after take-off near the airport, about 50km (30 miles) north-west of Grenoble.
The cause of the crash is unknown. Some reports say the plane was registered in Morocco and was headed there.
Grenoble, located at the foot of the Alps, is regarded as the gateway to the region's mountain resorts.
