Asian Express Airline a fraud?

Asian Express Airline seems to be another paper airline set up to import a/c to Iran. There one and only A320 is allrady in Iran for Qeshm Airlines. And the 146 painted at LEY has the same colours as the Qeshm Fokker 50's!

Any thoughts?

Why a fraud ?

It is a normal way to buy and sell airplanes through a company in another country.
Some airlines just do it to save tax dollars, some airlines have to do it because a government in another part of the world has made a stupid rule. it is just a free market economy.......right
