Hi All,

After a very busy time at work it was time for a nice 6 week holiday toward Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
Main target was relaxing and be the tourist with the wife. Of course I had to do some spotting.

On the way back to Europe our stop over was in Singapore, just in the same weekend as the Singapore Airshow….what a coincidence…:-)

If you go to these Singaporese airfields during an "average" weekend - would there be any flying activities? Or is it limited to Monday-Friday just like in Europe?

Definitely a waste of time at weekends. Flying is also hit and miss during weekdays. The views on base at Tengah are non-existent and at Paya Lebar poor.

Sometimes you are lucky, sometimes not......

The Fokkers and '135s at Changi AB can be read with some difficulty from outside, or from airside in terminal 1.
