Ik think you mean 8638 ! (this was the tailless Bo in the small hangar) 8697 was the number painted on a separate rotorhead also in this hangar.

I didn't saw the serial above the badge......
I took a look from the right side and saw 86+97 on all the parts that were dismanteld.
So I didn't look further!
