The Helicopter Squadron showed three aircraft of their inventory at the Air Tech Show 2024. This Mi-8AMT MH-806 was delivered to Cambodia in the summer of 2021. (Erwin van Dijkman)

MA60 MT-301 is one of two MA60s operated by the Transport Squadron. The second one, MT-302, was parked on the southern end of the ramp between many stored aircraft. It is not known if this aircraft is still operational. (Erwin van Dijkman)

The Transport Squadron also operates the Harbin Y-12 II high wing twin-engine turboprop utility aircraft, of which one is reported operational. This RCAF-602 was on display in a hangar and is reported as stored. (Erwin van Dijkman)

This was the fourth instalment of this small show aimed at Cambodia's youth. Objective is to inspire them to take up a career in technology. So, many school classes present. Online registration through the show's facebook channel was required and was easy and available in English.
Opening times of the venue were 0830-1630 but I was admitted entrance at 8 a.m. when I arrived, probably because I am a foreigner. The entrance road starts on the NW corner of the airport; my tuktuk was allowed through and took me to the inner gate, about halfway in the west side, opposite the civil ramp.
