The first Open House of the season organized by local warbird operator 
Vintage Wings of Canada (VWC) was themed "Barnstormers". In addition of 
the warbirds listed above, a dozen visiting barnstormers could be noted 
as well. VWC's recently acquired Hurricane and Swordfish were still under 
restoration, but their Corsair put on an impressive flying display. The 
aircraft were towed outside the hangar and onto the flightline, where the 
public could admire them before and during the engine start-ups. With the 
sun in the back, photography was great.
