Due to bad weather, most of the flying program was cancelled. The day before during rehearsal, nine 23 Hikotai F-15s flew in formation. On the festival day only three 305 Hikotai Eagles flew, the 23 Hikotai input was limited to some aircraft taxying along the flightline. Seventeen local Eagles were on the flightline, together with six on static display and the aggressor dual making a grand total of 24 Eagles. Pareho-22 is the Japan/the Philippines exercise held on Clark Air Base.
