The helicopter flew from Hannover to the island of Borkum to pick up a patient, who was then transferred to Enschede. From Enschede the helicopter departed back to homebase Hannover.

Not actually at EHTW, but flying through the ATZ for quite some time was DA.42 D-GLBA out of Eelde airport.
By the looks of it, calibration patterns were flown for Thales in Hengelo.

Today Boeing Defense announced that the German government selected the Boeing CH-47F Chinook as their Future Heavy Lift Helicopter.

So far, approximately 60 aircraft have been registered for this event, with the first arrival expected around 09.45lcl.
