Is this aircraft going to be parked inside or is it going to be another moss-collection like the 32nd TFS aircraft?

You'd think this would be a great chance for the MLM to get a phantom for their 32nd TFS line up (Which is looking awfully poor maintained). Sure its a F instead of an E but the general public wouldnt know the difference.

I don't think that that is really an issue for most spotters and amateur photographers as they hardly ever sell anything. Some might but 90% does this merely for the fun of it.
