The third base we visited was Misawa, waaaayyy up north. Ironically, despite the snow on the surrounding mountains and still on the ground in some spots, it still wasn't as cold as Hyakuri. Unfortunately, the weather still didn't co-operate but where else can you see F-16s and F-2s operating togethe...
